What happens before we meet?
Before meeting we will discuss, over e-mail or phone, what type of photographs you want taken and what location you would like to have them taken at.

How long does a photo shoot last?
Typically a session will last 1 hour to 90 minutes.

What should I bring?
You can bring any props you would like to incorporate into your photos. Favorite toys for your pets are encouraged!

What if I do not like my photos?
If you are dissatisfied with your photos you can either receive a refund or schedule another shoot free of charge. However, that should never happen. I work very hard to capture wonderful photos for you to cherish for a lifetime.

How do I pick my photos for printing?
After your session your photos will be professionally edited and uploaded to the internet within 7 business days. A link with a username and password will be e-mailed to you so that you can view your photos privately. Then you can choose which photos you would like to print and which products you would like to order! The photos will be available for online review for two weeks after they become available.

What areas do you serve?
I serve the Akron, Cleveland and surrounding areas in Northeast Ohio. I will travel outside of these areas but a travel fee may be assessed based on distance.
